So who does one donate money to to hire mercs to counter the anti-Jihadswarm mercs? Some of us like the idea of blowing away Empire miners, after all.
If you really want to do this, send the money to karttoon.
It wont hire mercs to kill the other mercs (this never works) but it will serve for better recompensation for the families of our suicide warriors of allah
